The basics
What is a board package?
To buy into an NYC co-op, and many condos, the buyer submits a board package to the building's managing agent and board. It holds the building's application forms plus tax returns, bank and brokerage statements, employment letters, reference letters and more, ordered and assembled exactly the way that building requires.
Does my building need to be on your platform?
No. That's the point. If the building has a paper application, you can put together its board package with us. The building and its managing agent don't need to sign up for anything.
Which buildings does it work with?
Any NYC co-op or condo with a paper application. You start from that building's own application, so it doesn't matter which platform, if any, the building or its managing agent uses.
Who is it for?
Whoever does the work: agents putting together packages with their buyers, transaction coordinators at any brokerage, buyers and sellers doing their own, and buildings or managing agents who want to work with us directly.
When does it launch?
The public launch is January 2027. The Insider List gets launch updates by email.
Is there something I can use before launch?
Yes. The free NYC Board Package Tips and Checklist has practical tips for every stage of a board package, and every document a typical co-op asks for.
How it works
How does it work?
Five steps. Set the requirements from the building's paper application and confirm the checklist. Upload documents, with guidance on what's still missing. Our in-house team reviews the package. Pages are ordered, numbered and bookmarked into one combined PDF. Then you deliver it your way: email, download or print.
Who reviews my package?
An experienced transaction coordinator on our in-house team. They look over every package and send you notes for success, so you can fix anything before it goes to the managing agent.
What does the finished package look like?
One combined PDF. Pages are ordered, numbered and bookmarked the way the building's application asks. E-signatures are built in.
How do I send it to the managing agent?
However you like. Email it to the managing agent or anyone else, download it, or print it.
Security and privacy
Do you sell my information?
No. We never sell your information. Not documents, not contact details, not to anyone.
For agents, coordinators, buildings and buyers
I'm an agent. What changes for me?
You control your own timeline instead of depending on whether the building uses a board package platform. Your buyers get a complete, well-organized package, reviewed by a real transaction coordinator before it goes to the managing agent.
I'm a transaction coordinator. Does it work at any brokerage?
Yes. It isn't tied to a brokerage or to the building's platform. One tool for every building, wherever you work.
We're a brokerage. Can our whole team use it?
Yes. It gives your agents and coordinators one consistent way to do board packages at any building, with the same in-house review on every package. Volume pricing for teams is coming at launch.
Can I run several packages at once?
Yes. It's built for coordinators handling many packages at once, with each one kept on schedule.
We manage buildings. Can we work with you directly?
Yes. Buildings and managing agents can work with us directly. Tell us about your buildings through the inquiry form and our team will reply.
What do buildings receive?
Packages that are complete, consistent and well organized: one combined PDF with pages ordered, numbered and bookmarked, reviewed by our in-house team before it's delivered.
Can I put together my own board package?
Yes. Buyers and sellers can do their own, with guidance at every step. The same in-house review applies to every package.
