How it works

Five clear steps to a finished board package, for any building

Start from the building's own paper application. Upload with guidance, get notes from a real transaction coordinator, and receive one combined PDF that's ordered, numbered and bookmarked. The building doesn't need to sign up.

The five steps

What happens at each step

You gather the documents. We guide you, review the package and assemble it.

  1. Step 1: Set the requirements

Enter what this building's paper application asks for, then review and confirm the checklist. From there, your package is built to that building's requirements, not a generic list.

    What you get

    • A checklist that matches this building's application
    • Works for any co-op or condo with a paper application
    • No sign-up needed from the building or its managing agent
  2. Step 2: Upload documents

Upload documents as they come in. The platform shows what's still missing, gives useful tips along the way and keeps everyone on schedule. You always know where the package stands.

    What you get

    • A running view of what's still missing
    • Useful tips as you go
    • Reminders that keep everyone on schedule
  3. On every package

    Step 3: Human review

Before anything goes to the managing agent, an experienced transaction coordinator on our in-house team reviews the whole package. They send you notes for success: what's missing, what needs a signature, what to fix. You make the changes before the package goes out.

  4. Step 4: Automatic assembly

Pages are ordered, numbered and bookmarked into one combined PDF, in the order the building's application asks for. E-signatures are built in. No collating or numbering pages by hand.

    What you get

    • One combined PDF
    • Pages in the order the building asks for
    • Every page numbered, every section bookmarked
    • E-signatures built in

  5. Step 5: Delivery, your way

Send the finished package where it needs to go, in the form the building wants. Email it to the managing agent or anyone else, download it, or print it.

    • Email it

To the managing agent, or anyone else who needs a copy.

    • Download it

No. That's the point. If the building has a paper application, you can put together its board package with us. The building and its managing agent don't need to sign up for anything.

Who reviews my package?

An experienced transaction coordinator on our in-house team. They look over every package and send you notes for success, so you can fix anything before it goes to the managing agent.

What does the finished package look like?

One combined PDF. Pages are ordered, numbered and bookmarked the way the building's application asks. E-signatures are built in.

How do I send it to the managing agent?
