Privacy Policy
This notice covers the BoardPackageBoss website before our public launch in January 2027. It explains what we collect, why, and how to have your details removed.
The short version: we collect what you send us and how you found us, we use it to keep you posted about the launch, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in:
- Your email address and your role, such as agent or transaction coordinator.
- Anything else you choose to add, such as your name, company, phone number, building name or message.
- Whether you asked for launch updates by email.
2. How you found us
We also record how you reached the site: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad), the website that sent you, the first page you landed on and the page the form was on. This tells us which ads and pages work.
4. Why we use it
- To send you launch updates, if you asked for them.
- To reply to your message.
- To learn which ads and pages bring people to the site.
5. Who sees it
Only our team. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
It's stored with the companies that run the site for us: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Google Firebase, which stores the form details.
6. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the launch and the updates you asked for.
7. Stop updates or remove your details
Email hello@boardpackageboss.com and we'll stop the updates or delete your details, whichever you ask. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
8. Children
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
