A real person reviews every package
A transaction coordinator from that same in-house team reviews every package and sends notes on anything to fix before it goes to the managing agent.
Your signatures
E-signatures are recognized by law
Under the federal ESIGN Act, a signature doesn't lose its legal force just because it's electronic.
Under New York's Electronic Signatures and Records Act, an e-signature has the same validity and effect as a signature by hand.
Your building still decides what it accepts. Some ask for ink signatures or a notary for certain forms.

Do you use AI?
Not on your documents. We never use AI to read, analyze or pull information from them, and no software turns them into text. People on our in-house team review them. The one automated check is a virus scan, which looks only for malicious code.
Who sees my documents?
Until the finished package goes to your building, only you, the people working on it with you and our in-house team can open your documents. Everyone on our team who can see them is background-checked, has signed an NDA, and has been with the team for at least three years. We never share them through a public link, and we never sell your information.
How are my documents protected?
